Elixir of Eden Return & Refund Policy

We at Eden Star International Pty. Ltd. are proud of our range and have worked long and hard to provide high quality products that perform the best for your skin.

Our Company strives to give you, our prestige client, the best customer service and wants you to be 100% satisfied with the products you are using, that they are performing well, and producing the best results for your skin.

We thank you for your order and want to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If however you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. We must be informed within 7 working days of your receipt of the products that you intend to return them for this to be valid.

Due to the customer’s prior testing of the product via foil samples, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Should the customer have purchased products and not had prior testing via samples, a legitimate reason for the return will be required. This policy is only applicable to purchases made on line via our website, (www.elixirofeden.com) or ordered directly through us via our customer service line (1800 899 045). Your refund is dependent on furnishing us with proof of the product causing irritation or allergic reaction to your skin.

As the customer, it will be your responsibility and requirement to pay for the return of the item to us. We strongly recommend that the item be returned by a legitimate postal or delivery service. Eden Star International Pty. Ltd. will not be responsible for any returned goods lost in transit.

Refunds will be made against the original credit card, and in the case of payment by cheque or money order a Company cheque will be forwarded to the customer. The Return Process

Step 1. Notifying the Company of your Intention to Return or Cancel your order.
Notify the Company on our direct telephone number: 1800 899 045, within the period of 7 working days after the delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, unless used that have caused irritation or allergic reaction to the skin.

Step 2. Completing the Necessary Documentation
On notification of your intention to return customer service will take note of your customer order number and the description of the goods, which are being returned, this information can be found on the original invoice. Customer service will then issue you with an authorization number. Please keep a copy of the authorization number for future reference with Customer service with regards to this matter. A return form will be included with your order to be completed with your details and authorization number.

Step 3. Returning the Goods
Please ensure that the returned parcel is securely sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original invoice and the completed return form. It is the customers responsibility and requirement to pay for the return of the goods to us. The Company will not accept any responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Step 4. Processing the Refund
If you have chosen a refund, the Company will process your refund, immediately upon receipt of the returned goods. Your credit card will be refunded with the amount of the goods returned.
If payment has been made by cheque or money order, please allow appropriate time for the Company cheque to arrive to you via postal service.
