Ilario and Alessia Boffa, an Italian migrant couple came to Australia with a vision of creating something substantial and formidable for their five children.

Values such as generosity, kindness, a strong work ethic and a love of nature were instilled into every family member over the generations. By tending the land, they demonstrated a perceptive knowledge of how nature worked at its best. An understanding that living things can only grow when nurtured with a combination of science, knowledge, dedication and most importantly, genuine love.
